Ondřej Pernica

Ondřej has been with Stratum Partners since the launch of Genesis Growth Equity Fund I in 2020. Alongside the team, he helps shape the fund’s investment strategy, source new opportunities, execute deals, and manage portfolio oversight.
Experience
Ondrej began his career in PwC’s Corporate Finance Advisory team and went on to spend a decade at leading private investment firms in Central Europe before joining Stratum.
Edu
Ondřej holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Business Valuation from the Prague University of Economics and Business, spent one semester at the Singapore Management University, and successfully completed the CFA program. He is fluent in Czech and English.
Leisure
Away from the office, Ondrej contemplates his investment theses during long-distance runs, and unwinds by exploring remote landscapes and outsider music genres.
