Matěj joined Stratum Partners in 2021 and is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.
Experience
Prior to joining Stratum, Matěj worked as a Management Consultant at Kearney, delivering strategy and operations projects for clients in the telecommunications, FMCG, and banking sectors.

Matěj holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Valuation from the Prague University of Economics and Business and is fluent in Czech and English.
Leisure
In his personal time, Matěj enjoys cycling, skiing, and hiking. He also likes to travel to wine regions and explore wine culture.
