Founded in 2014 by Jakub Sklenář and backed by Pale Fire Capital since 2016, it has become one of the fastest-growing platforms of its kind. The company also offers subscription-based monitoring of public tenders.

In November 2025, Stratum acquired a majority stake in iFORO Group, with founder and CEO Jakub Sklenář continuing to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
