In September 2025, Stratum acquired a majority stake in Cross Masters. The founder and sole shareholder retained a significant minority stake through a rollover investment and transitioned into a strategic role, while appointing a new CEO to lead the next phase of the company’s growth.

Stratum is supporting the management team in accelerating the company’s development through expansion of the delivery organization, strengthening of management capabilities, and implementation of scalable processes and governance structures. In parallel, it is evaluating selected add-on acquisition opportunities to further support the company’s growth ambitions and broaden its service offering.
