In April 2026, Stratum acquired a significant stake in the company. The founder transitioned into a product strategy role, while two internal managers assumed leadership responsibilities and are driving the execution of the next phase of the company’s growth strategy.

Stratum is supporting the management team in expanding into new geographic markets and product categories, with the aim to build a leading European brand that recognized by parents for its quality, trust, and inspirational product offering.
