In December 2024, Stratum acquired a majority stake in LLP Group from its inactive founder, while the remaining shareholders and management team members retained a significant ownership stake through a rollover investment. In 2026, LLP Group completed the add-on acquisition of ELAZUR, a French-Swiss IT services provider.

Stratum is supporting LLP Group’s management team in accelerating growth through international expansion, targeted add-on acquisitions, and the development of a unified operating platform that enhances scalability and strengthens the group’s market position.
