HC electronics is a Czech electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider founded in 1992, specializing printed circuit board (PCB) assembly in small and medium-sized series and related activities for customers across Central and Western Europe.

In March 2022, Stratum acquired a majority stake in the company from its five founders. Three of those founders retained ownership stakes and remained actively involved.

Over three decades, the founders have built HC electronics into a leading regional EMS provider with a strong reputation, long-standing customer relationships, and the ability to compete successfully in both domestic and international markets. Through its partnership with Stratum, the company is pursuing the next phase of growth and operational development.
