Ji\u0159\u00ed co-founded Stratum Partners (originally Genesis Growth) with Radim and Marek, launching Fund I in 2019.<\/strong> As a Managing Partner, he leads investment strategy, oversees the investment decision process, and drives team development. He has originated, evaluated, structured, and executed multiple transactions, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee with full decision-making responsibility across all proposed deals.<\/p>\n Ji\u0159\u00ed brings over 25 years of a private equity experience across Central Europe and has served on the boards of a significant number of portfolio companies.
