GGEF I, a private equity fund focusing on investments into small and mid-size growth companies primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, completed successfully an acquisition of a majority stake in Home Care Promedica (HCP). The company is an established agency providing professional home health care services, mainly in the Prague area. It provides its services through a team of nurses with many years of experience.<\/span><\/h4>\n
