GGEF I, a private equity fund specializing in investments into small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has successfully completed an acquisition of a majority stake in HC electronics. HC electronics provides electronics manufacturing services with a focus on small and medium series. GGEF I will cooperate with the reinvesting founders and the management team in developing the company further.<\/h4>\n

HC\u00a0electronics is a\u00a0Czech company specializing in electronics manufacturing services, primarily printed circuit board assembly and\u00a0related activities for\u00a0a\u00a0wide range of customers. The company was founded in 1992\u00a0and\u00a0is based in Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9. The founders Libor\u00a0Hrube\u0161, Roman Opa, Ivo \u0158\u00edmal, Jan Vejvoda, and\u00a0Petr Zamou\u0159il have\u00a0found a\u00a0strong financial partner to\u00a0further accelerate growth of HC\u00a0electronics.<\/p>\n

Roman Opa, Ivo \u0158\u00edmal and\u00a0Petr Zamou\u0159il will retain a\u00a0significant minority stake\u00a0in HC\u00a0electronics and\u00a0will continue to\u00a0be actively involved in the management of the company. The responsibilities of the departing founders will be gradually passed on\u00a0to\u00a0the next generation\u00a0of management team members.<\/p>\n
