Cross Masters is a Czech company specializing in data analytics, data architecture, business intelligence, consulting, and custom software development. The company focuses on marketing and advertising technologies (MAdTech), combining tailored client solutions alongside proprietary products.<\/p>\n

In September 2025, Stratum acquired a majority stake in Cross Masters. The founder and sole shareholder retained a significant minority stake through a rollover investment and transitioned into a strategic role, while appointing a new CEO to lead the next phase of the company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n

Stratum is supporting the management team in accelerating the company\u2019s development through expansion of the delivery organization, strengthening of management capabilities, and implementation of scalable processes and governance structures. In parallel, it is evaluating selected add-on acquisition opportunities to further support the company\u2019s growth ambitions and broaden its service offering.<\/p>\n
