JP-PROLAK is a Czech engineering firm specializing in the production of custom-made industrial products in small to medium-sized series using advanced technologies of laser metal sheet cutting, welding, bending, CNC machining, and powder coating.<\/p>\n

In October 2022, Stratum acquired a majority stake in the company from its founder alongside a financial co-investor and two senior managers, who play a key role in the business.<\/p>\n

Stratum is supporting the management team in improving operational efficiency, including the introduction of new management control systems, financial reporting, and systemizing business development initiatives. The company is investing in extension of robotic welding and bending capabilities while enhancing efficiency through customer portfolio optimization and selective outsourcing of lower value-added activities.<\/p>\n
