• Analysis of investment opportunities, market research, and preparation of materials across the investment process – both internal (financial models, investment memoranda) and external (offers, term sheets)
• Support in managing investment and divestment processes (structuring, negotiations, due diligence, bank financing, legal documentation)
• Monitoring of portfolio company performance and valuations, reporting to fund investors, business plan reviews, support for strategic decision-making across the portfolio, and preparation of companies for exit

• University level; preferably finance, economics, business, or accounting. Engineering, mathematics, and similar fields are also relevant if accompanied by sufficient working experience
• CFA (candidacy) or a similar professional credential is an advantage

• 2–4 years of full-time experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking, or investment management

• Excellent Czech or Slovak and English (oral and written)
• Financial analysis, modelling and valuation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Experience with AI tools and eagerness to learn to work with new technologies
• Critical thinking, verbal reasoning, and the ability to develop and justify an investment thesis

• Stable, mature, balanced and communicative personality
• Enthusiastic, curious, high energy, high level of integrity
• Thorough, responsible, well-organised, with strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, able to work independently and willing to make decisions
• Ability to operate in complex investment-related situations
